Approval of the November 19, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes

• Motion made, seconded and unanimously approved

Quarterly Allocation Report

• ● Deputy Chief Greenstone presented the quarterly allocation report and stated that the GFPD is fully funded to provide pension benefits to all qualifying members.

Review of Firefighters Close to Retirement

• Chief Boyles presented the report of Personnel Close to Retirement.
  • Fourteen active GFPD members are on track to retire.
  • One former member will not qualify due to lack of service years prior to employmentnel close to retirement were reviewed.

Review of Active Service Reports

Chief Boyles presented the 2025 Active Service Report to the Pension Board with recommendation of approval.

• A motion was made, seconded and approved unanimously to accept the 2025 Active Service Report as presented
